Disney's Addressable Ad Operations team is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join their Sales and Advertising Operations team. This role will support one or more of Disney's exciting brands, including ABC Television Network, ABC Owned Television Stations Group, ABC Studios, ESPN, Hulu, Disney Channels Worldwide, Freeform, FX, and National Geographic.
The Associate Account Manager will report to the Manager of Ad Operations and work closely with Ad Operations team members and sales teams. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the trafficking and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across Disney's digital properties
- Working with a diverse and growing client portfolio
- Driving efficiency within the team
- Trafficking, pulling reports, providing screenshots, and assisting with campaign auditing
- Supporting trafficking and screenshot requests
- Reviewing trafficking requests and QC campaign assets
- Trafficking video assets and implementing ad tags
- Troubleshooting campaign performance issues
- Optimizing campaigns by adjusting delivery tools
- Assisting with reporting duties and monthly billing
- Providing after-hours support for client-related emergencies when necessary
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Comfort working under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the digital online ecosystem and ad serving technologies (preferred)
- Interest in digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in media, advertising, or relevant experience (preferred)
- Previous internships or work experience in digital advertising (preferred)
