  • Manage overall project safety and compliance with OSHA requirements
  • Develop and closeout portfolio of projects throughout project life
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting and job files
  • Work with partners to implement jobs cost-effectively
  • Develop bid strategies with Procurement
  • Lead project timeline and ensure schedule compliance
  • Facilitate development meetings with clients
  • Conduct presentations to clients and FAM executives

Requirements For Associate Construction Project Manager- Facility Asset Management(FAM)

  • 4+ Years experience with construction methods and materials
  • Experience interpreting design drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of construction project management processes
  • Experience with construction finance (budgets, cash flows)
  • Experience with Project Management Information System(PMIS) Software
