Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions are seeking an Associate Destination Manager to join their Trip Operations team in Celebration, FL. This role is crucial in overseeing comprehensive program operations for international and domestic group travel products. The position involves managing relationships with staff and suppliers, coordinating complex logistics, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience in travel operations or project management, with strong skills in relationship building, logistics coordination, and problem-solving. They will be responsible for managing program operations, including document preparation, invoicing, budget management, and supplier negotiations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with On Trip Staff and suppliers
  • Manage program operations including documents, invoicing, and staff responsibilities
  • Conduct logistical planning, manage budgets, and supervise payment processes
  • Cultivate supplier relationships and negotiate terms
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication
  • Oversee operational aspects of assigned itineraries
  • Improve itineraries based on feedback
  • Onboard and review On Trip Staff work
  • Partner with Trip Development team
  • Participate in emergency phone coverage
