• Designing and executing sophisticated A/B testing initiatives and Geo Experiments
• Applying advanced causal inference methods including difference-in-differences and propensity score analysis
• Developing scalable experimentation frameworks and tools
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $152,200 - $223,600 depending on location (Santa Monica, San Francisco, or New York) and experience. You'll be working within Disney's rapidly evolving streaming ecosystem, tackling complex business challenges that directly impact millions of subscribers across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategic analysis and insight delivery
• Expert-level proficiency in Python/R and SQL
• Strong background in statistical modeling and causal inference
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodology and statistical concepts
