Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive security and operation anomaly detection initiatives within the Commerce, Data, and Identity Alliance. This is a key leadership role focused on developing and deploying machine learning models that help reduce security and operational risks for Disney's streaming services.

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of applying advanced ML techniques to enhance the security posture of Disney's digital services. Working across commerce, growth, and identity teams, you'll lead the development of sophisticated machine learning solutions that protect and optimize Disney's streaming platforms. The role offers a unique opportunity to tackle complex security challenges at scale while working with one of the world's leading entertainment companies.

The position is based out of either New York or Santa Monica offices, offering the chance to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for the full ML lifecycle - from data collection and feature engineering to model deployment and optimization. The role requires both technical expertise in machine learning and leadership skills to mentor and grow a team of data scientists.
