Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous agents using Python, LangChain, and related ecosystems
  • Implement agentic patterns such as ReAct, and Agentic Reflective Loops
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Champion software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, observability
  • Guide and mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews
  • Author and review technical proposals and documentation
  • Stay current with emerging technologies

Requirements For Lead Software Engineer

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering

  • Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS)
