Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable features in Kotlin across Android devices
- Lead large-scale projects from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews and testing
- Take ownership of live production issues and CI/CD automation
- Coach and mentor junior engineers
- Drive innovation in Android development
- Ensure app performance through benchmarking and optimization

Requirements For Lead Software Engineer
- 7+ years of production-level experience with Kotlin and Android SDK
- Expertise in reactive programming, dependency injection (Dagger 2 / Hilt)
- Experience with modern Android architecture (MVI/MVVM)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Android fundamentals
- Experience with common Android libraries (RxJava, Jetpack, Groupie)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools
- Proven ability to resolve production issues at scale
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams
