As a Lead Software Engineer within the Ad Platforms team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered foundational services within the Quote-to-Cash space. You'll be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet the needs of our user base.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, and have deep expertise engineering Agentic workflows. They must combine strong engineering skills with excellent communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into efficient, scalable features.

We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary range of $159,500 to $213,900 (NY) or $152,200 to $204,100 (CA), plus bonus potential, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous agents using Python, LangChain, and related ecosystems
  • Implement agentic patterns such as ReAct, and Agentic Reflective Loops
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Champion software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, observability
  • Guide and mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews
  • Author and review technical proposals, root cause analyses, and maintain documentation
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate innovative approaches

Requirements For Lead Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django, and autonomous agent frameworks

  • Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to align technical decisions with business goals
