Lead Software Engineer- Python

As a Lead Software Engineer in Python, you'll join the Product Engineering team responsible for Disney Entertainment & ESPN digital and streaming products and platforms. This role involves:

• Leading large-scale technical projects requiring stakeholder communication and risk management
• Serving as an advanced resource for other engineers through peer coding and knowledge sharing
• Breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks
• Developing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational alignment
• Establishing robust support processes and development workflows
• Building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
• Writing and maintaining RESTful services
