In this role, you'll work within WDI's Florida-based Ride Studio, collaborating with diverse teams of technical, creative, and park operations professionals. You'll lead the development of sophisticated ride control systems from concept through commissioning, ensuring both safety and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include developing technical documentation, managing hazard analyses, directing other engineers, and leading all technical aspects of system architecture. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in automated control systems, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a strong technical background in electrical or computer engineering. You should be comfortable managing vendor relationships, leading project teams, and working with industry standards like ASTM F2291 and IEC 61508. Experience with Rockwell and Siemens automation systems is highly valued.
