The Global Information Security (GIS) organization works to secure the magic by employing best-in-class services to assess, prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats. Our key objectives include securing information systems, reducing risk proactively, strengthening business through optimized execution, and innovating core capabilities.

The Product Security team ensures guest protection and magical experiences by engaging with product development teams throughout the product lifecycle. We assess product design, analyze applications for security flaws, and provide penetration testing. This Security Engineer role will report to the Manager of Flagship Pentesting and API Security Services, focusing on ensuring critical systems' security through specialized Penetration Testing and API Assessments.

As a Security Engineer, you'll collaborate with engineers and leadership on security risks, perform code reviews and security testing, interact with customers on security projects, build automation for vulnerability management, develop security metrics, evaluate security tools, and educate the engineering community on best practices. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, strong security principles understanding, code review expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $99,600 - $153,500, varying by geographic region and experience. Benefits include medical coverage, bonus potential, and long-term incentives.
