As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Disney+, you will lead recommendation and personalization algorithm research, development, and optimization for product areas. You'll coordinate requirements and manage stakeholder expectations with Product, Engineering, and Editorial teams. The role involves developing cutting-edge machine learning methods for personalization and recommendation systems, maintaining production algorithms, and building scalable data pipelines.
You'll work with petabyte-scale datasets, utilize modern ML frameworks, and help drive larger company objectives in personalization and content recommendation. Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Disney+
- 5+ years of experience developing machine learning models and performing large-scale data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years writing production-level, scalable code (Python, Scala)
- 3+ years of experience developing algorithms for production systems
- In-depth understanding of modern machine learning methods
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Airflow, and big-data solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
