We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of Ad Technology's Generative AI platform, with a focus on building reusable capabilities and intelligent agents that streamline and automate critical operational workflows. The role involves engineering reusable GenAI platform services, such as prompt routing, vector search, auditing, guardrails, and secure gateway abstraction, as well as building production-ready agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain to automate workflows across infrastructure, support, CI/CD, and business operations.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Design and build reusable GenAI platform components
- Develop multi-turn LLM agents using LangGraph and LangChain
- Build robust APIs, SDKs, and accelerator components
- Standardize approaches to context management and tool calling
- Ensure platform components meet security and compliance standards
- Partner with infrastructure, data, security, and product teams
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience
- Experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Claude, and Anthropic
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with LLM evaluation and testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns
- Working knowledge of vector databases
- Experience building modular, reusable GenAI components
- Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines
