Sr Software Engineer

We are a group of Disney technologists focused on building and improving Disney's Online Platform for Ticketing Products. Our team specializes in developing solutions for various Disney brands, working with key products including Tickets, Annual Passes, Special Events, and Park Reservations supporting both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of backend services, from ideation to deployment and monitoring. You'll work with AWS managed services, implement solutions using Java/Docker/Spring Framework, and lead technical initiatives while mentoring junior engineers.

The position comes with competitive compensation ($140,000-$170,000) plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Key technical areas include AWS services, containerization, database management (both SQL and NoSQL), and modern development practices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and a passion for creating robust, scalable solutions.
