Job Description

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is seeking engineering interns for Spring 2026 (January - June) to help "engineer the magic" at Walt Disney World Resort. This is a multidisciplinary opportunity where interns may work across various teams including Quality Engineering, Worldwide Safety & Auditing, Engineering Services, Textile Engineering Services, Central Shops, Global Engineering & Technology, and Facility Asset Management.

As an engineering intern, you'll be part of teams that:

  • Provide strategic and project support for new and existing attractions and facilities
  • Develop global design and safety standards
  • Design and supervise fabrication and testing of enhancements for ride vehicles and systems
  • Provide software services for ride control systems
  • Manage construction projects and facility planning
  • Deliver maintenance and repair services
  • Sustain assets including buildings, rides, and various vehicles

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Post Graduate engineering degree program
  • Junior, Senior or Graduate student status by arrival
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • For Computer Science majors: Experience with Java, Python, or C++
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Unrestricted work authorization

The role offers competitive compensation with $30/hour for undergraduate students and $35/hour for graduate students. Benefits package may include medical and financial benefits. The position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional weekends/holidays, typically 8am-5pm with possibility of early mornings or late nights.
