Description For Web Application Developer

Disney Destinations International (DDI) is seeking a talented Web Application Developer to join their Application Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the Walt Disney Travel Company's ecommerce platform and marketing microsites, creating seamless digital experiences for guests worldwide.

As a Web Application Developer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving their bespoke ecommerce platform, working with both front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver critical solutions for Disney Parks and Resorts' digital presence.

Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end development lifecycle, writing robust code, managing development environments, and implementing technical improvements. You'll work with technologies like ASP.NET MVC 5, .NET Core, and various front-end frameworks while following best practices in software development.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in web application development, covering both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (C#, ASP.NET) technologies. You should have experience with ecommerce platforms, SOAP/REST APIs, and modern development practices including CI/CD and version control.

Requirements For Web Application Developer

  • Strong SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge
