They're seeking Forward-Deployed AI Engineers at all levels, from early-career to senior positions. The role involves hands-on contribution in designing, implementing, and deploying production-grade AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). Senior engineers take on technical ownership of F500 engagements, defining architecture and leading technical teams.
The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while directly impacting major enterprises. Engineers will build GenAI systems, work closely with customers, contribute to the Distillery platform, and ensure high-quality production systems. The role requires expertise in Python or TypeScript, experience with LLM tooling, and a deep understanding of AI agent design patterns.

Responsibilities For Forward Deployed AI Engineer (All Levels)
- Design and deploy robust GenAI systems that deliver measurable business value
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical needs
- Contribute to the development of Distillery, the internal LLM application platform
- Ensure systems are observable, maintainable, and meet reliability standards
- Lead evaluation efforts balancing accuracy, latency, explainability, cost, and robustness
- Refine development workflows, platform architecture, and deployment practices
Requirements For Forward Deployed AI Engineer (All Levels)
- Proficiency in Python or Typescript with hands-on experience using LLM tooling
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered AI agents in production
- Deep understanding of agent design patterns
- Skilled at solving complex problems using cutting-edge AI techniques
- Familiar with responsible AI practices
- Comfortable working across cloud environments with modern DevOps tools
- For senior roles: strong architectural and systems design experience
