Job Description
Dodo, Inc. is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to lead the development of real-time, agentic systems using LangGraph and LangChain. As part of a seed-stage company focused on AI Employees for Specialty Clinics, you'll work closely with the founders to build and ship reliable, production-grade AI features from the ground up. This in-person role in San Francisco offers the chance to own architecture decisions and contribute to real-time voice communication systems used in clinical settings.
The role involves shipping stable systems with real users, particularly in high-stakes environments. Expect a fast-paced environment with high ownership and impact, and the chance to work on a system supporting emergency communication. The salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000, with equity ranging from 0.5% to 2%.
