Responsibilities For Lead Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote - India)

  • Take end-to-end ownership of product features — from planning, design, and development to deployment and monitoring
  • Define and guide system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
  • Lead full-stack development using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL
  • Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
  • Drive performance improvements across the stack (TTFB, LCP, Lighthouse) and ensure system reliability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business objectives
  • Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, documentation, and the use of AI-powered developer tools

Requirements For Lead Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote - India)

  • Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, from technical scoping through deployment

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and performance optimization
  • Experience in project and release management, including task breakdown, delegation, and stakeholder communication
