elasticStage is revolutionizing the music industry with innovative technology for on-demand vinyl record production. We're seeking a Junior Audio Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality audio production, performing quality control on physical media, and supporting various audio processing tasks. You'll work at the intersection of audio engineering and physical media production, contributing to our industry-leading standards.

The vinyl market has shown consistent growth of over 20% annually for 16 years, and we're positioned to serve both major labels and independent artists. Our platform allows music creators to produce and sell vinyl records worldwide with zero upfront costs. We're expanding globally with planned production/fulfillment centers in Europe, USA, and Asia.

As a Junior Audio Production Engineer, you'll be responsible for configuring physical media systems, quality control of audio content, and investigating technical issues. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in a modern office environment, alongside a team of audio professionals.
