Eli Lilly, a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking an MES System Engineer to join their Manufacturing and Quality Tech team. This role is crucial in their digital transformation journey, focusing on designing and developing electronic Master Batch Records using Next Generation Manufacturing Execution System (NG MES) Pharmasuite.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You'll be responsible for translating manufacturing processes into system requirements, designing and building electronic MBRs, and ensuring their validation and deployment. The position offers competitive compensation ($63,750 - $180,400) and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and bonus potential.

The role requires minimum 4 days per week on-site presence in Indianapolis, with occasional travel. You'll be part of a team that's implementing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies while maintaining strict quality standards. The position combines technical expertise with business process understanding, requiring someone who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
