Responsibilities For Lead AI Engineer (Leadership Track, Berlin)
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex AI/ML/LLM solutions
- Maintain hands-on approach in code, model development, and architecture design
- Develop and uphold quality standards across projects
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of AI engineers in Berlin hub
- Define and execute technical AI vision for the Berlin hub
- Act as trusted technical strategic advisor for key clients
- Contribute to strategic development of Berlin office
- Manage technical risks including security, privacy, and compliance
Requirements For Lead AI Engineer (Leadership Track, Berlin)
- 5-8 years of work experience in AI and software engineering
- Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects and teams
- Deep hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling complex AI systems
- Strong command of development practices and tools
