Data Scientist - Machine Learning Operations and Deployment (Hybrid)

As an Analyst or Data Scientist for Machine Learning Operations at Enova International, you will be a key team member developing, enhancing, and deploying software critical to our business. You'll build and maintain tools that enable faster model building, deployment, and scaling, reducing friction throughout the modeling lifecycle. Your role involves:

• Developing software for building and deploying critical business models
• Conducting ad hoc analysis using statistical and financial tools
• Interpreting and organizing data to solve business problems
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-driving execution and deployment of tools

Requirements:

• Advanced programming skills, especially in Python
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical/econometric modeling
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

Enova's Analytics team consists of over 100 quantitative professionals using cutting-edge techniques. We primarily use Python for Machine Learning Operations, but also utilize R, SQL, SAS, and Mathematica for model building.
