Responsibilities For Cloud Automation Engineer
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom low-code business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite and SharePoint Online
- Configure and deploy Microsoft operating systems infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows Workstation
- Perform maintenance and upgrade of Windows Server 2022/2019, Windows 10/11 environments
- Monitor existing infrastructure and implement changes to address problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Create and manage automation solutions
- Testing, deployment, and documentation
- Serve as backup administrator for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Engineer designs, develop, and implement domain policies and hardening procedures
Requirements For Cloud Automation Engineer
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in IT, or Associate's degree and 6 years of experience
- Experience in scripting and programming with PowerShell, JSON, and/or Graph API
- Experience developing enterprise-wide solutions integrating Microsoft 365 services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work on US times and travel abroad when needed
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
