Senior Fullstack Engineer

Equativ, a leading independent ad platform, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their innovative R&D team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on Maestro, a media planning platform for digital advertisers and data curators. The platform handles an impressive 3 million requests per second (+250 billion/day) across 3,000 servers with sub-250ms response times.

As part of a 5-person Fullstack development team, you'll be instrumental in building and developing Demand products. The position reports to the Fullstack Team Lead in Nantes, though you'll be based in Paris. You'll be joining a larger engineering team of 150+ professionals spread across Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Limoges, Krakow, and Berlin.

The role combines technical excellence with leadership opportunities, requiring both deep technical expertise in fullstack development and the ability to mentor others. You'll work in an agile environment alongside product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps professionals, using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
