Responsibilities For MacOS Engineer III

  • Manage lifecycle of Mac endpoints across enterprise
  • Create policies for configuration, compliance, and security
  • Execute patching strategy to maintain device security
  • Develop automation workflows using Python and scripting tools
  • Drive adoption of modern endpoint management practices
  • Troubleshoot complex macOS configuration issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams

Requirements For MacOS Engineer III

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 2+ years equivalent experience
  • Thorough understanding of macOS
  • Jamf 100, 200, 300 certifications (400 preferred)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Python knowledge
  • Experience with Jamf Pro
  • Knowledge of AutoPkg (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with ability to track trends
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in IT documentation
  • Strong communication skills
