The role offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $137,500 to $192,500, with potential to increase up to $220,000 based on performance. Responsibilities For Mobile Engineer III - Android
- Develop key features in Android attach experience, focusing on performance, reliability, and high-quality user experiences
- Collaborate with design, product, and platform teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help define technical direction for Android attach
- Identify and resolve performance issues, app crashes, and bugs
- Implement modern Android best practices, including test automation, accessibility, and clean architecture
- Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of quality and collaboration
Requirements For Mobile Engineer III - Android
- 5+ years of professional experience developing and shipping Android apps at scale using Kotlin
- Proven experience delivering features from concept through release and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Android UI frameworks (Jetpack Compose and/or XML), architecture components, coroutines, and MVVM patterns
- Familiarity with networking (e.g., Retrofit), web sockets, and asynchronous messaging
- Passion for building accessible, responsive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
