The position requires deep technical expertise in software deployment, configuration, and 24/7 support.

The ideal candidate will work with complex, cutting-edge systems and contribute directly to the efficiency of world-leading logistics operations. The role involves executing and supporting the rollout of high-level control software, performing integration testing, and providing global support for both on-prem and cloud-based software. The position requires expertise in C# development, Oracle SQL, multithreaded applications, and Java Messaging Service (JMS).

Responsibilities For Product Support & Rollout Engineer

  • Execute and support the rollout of high-level control software on logistics/warehouse automation sites
  • Perform integration testing and validation
  • Provide 24/7 global support for software deployed both on-prem and on-cloud
  • Assist with deployment pipelines and integration using Azure DevOps tools
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and site personnel globally
  • Travel occasionally to operational sites for go-lives, issue resolution, and upgrades

Requirements For Product Support & Rollout Engineer

Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in support, integration, or controls software implementation
  • Experience in C# development and debugging
  • Solid understanding of Oracle SQL, relational data models
  • Experience with multithreaded applications and session management
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines
  • Experience using regular expressions
  • Expertise with Java Messaging Service (JMS)
  • Hands-on experience with XML and JSON data structures
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to travel in EU and Internationally
