BizApps Developer Team Leader

Fireblocks, a leading provider in the digital asset space, is seeking a Senior BizApps Manager to lead the strategy, management, and optimization of the company's business applications. This role is crucial in driving AI initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies across the organization.

As the Senior BizApps Manager, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate SaaS applications and spearhead the organization's AI transformation. Your responsibilities will include integrating AI capabilities across all departments to drive innovation, streamline operations, and improve decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring that business workflows, app capabilities, and integrations align with the company's strategic goals, driving sustained growth and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business application and AI strategies, managing SaaS and AI solutions, and overseeing the development, integration, and implementation of business applications. You will lead ongoing reviews of all business applications, focusing on eliminating redundancies, reducing unnecessary SaaS usage, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale business application projects in enterprise environments, with a focus on SaaS solutions and AI-powered tools. Proficiency in development using languages such as TypeScript, Python, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in API integrations and automation frameworks, is required.
