Description For Developer Support Engineer

Firecrawl is the easiest way for developers to gather LLM-ready data on the web. Our customer base is growing rapidly, and we need your help to provide exceptional support that our customers truly appreciate.

As a Developer Support Engineer at Firecrawl, you will:

  • Resolve customer issues and bugs
  • Support our community through platforms like Discord, Pylon, chatbot, etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them
  • Improve product and processes to automate the busywork
  • Gather user feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Maintain our documentation to help developers find answers quickly

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are passionate about helping customers and solving problems
  • Are technical at heart, code actively, and understand the needs of a developer
  • Have experience at a developer-focused company
  • Have a technical background. You must be able to write code!
  • Have worked at a developer-first team before
