This role serves as a crucial bridge between AI research and practical applications, focusing on developing, fine-tuning, and operationalizing machine learning models. The position combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical challenges and client interaction.

The successful candidate will work on various aspects of ML implementation, from building proof of concepts to deploying end-to-end AI-powered applications. They'll collaborate with the GTM team, contribute to the internal ML platform, and work on performance optimizations. The role requires strong Python programming skills and at least 5 years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities For Applied Machine Learning Engineer

  • Collaborate directly with the GTM team to ensure smooth integration and successful deployment of ML solutions
  • Build and present compelling PoCs that demonstrate the capabilities of AI technology
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs
  • Contribute to the internal ML platform, including adding features and resolving issues
  • Integrate and enable new machine learning models into the existing platform
  • Improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models
  • Work closely with partners to enable joint AI solutions

Requirements For Applied Machine Learning Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role
  • Robust coding skills required, preferably with proficiency in Python
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex technical projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning machine learning models (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and enterprise infrastructure (preferred)
