Software Engineer II - Automations

Fivetran, valued at over $5.6 billion, is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Developer Productivity team in Novi Sad, Serbia. This role focuses on creating automation solutions and internal tools to enhance productivity across the engineering department. The position offers a hybrid work model with two days in-office per week.

The ideal candidate will work on designing and developing automation solutions using TypeScript, Python, and Java, while also creating custom tools to improve existing systems. They'll collaborate closely with various teams to identify automation opportunities and provide technical support for developed solutions.

Key technologies include TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, Postgres, BigQuery, GCP, and Github. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with multiple programming languages, and cloud platform knowledge. Front-end development experience and strong communication skills are essential.
