The industry currently faces a significant challenge where booking a single truckload requires up to 50 phone calls, emails, and text messages, consuming hours of time. FleetWorks addresses this by automating human labor through an omni-channel AI system.

The company has already gained traction, serving many of the top 100 brokers in the U.S. As an early software engineer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the transportation industry by developing new features, engaging with users, and helping shape the company culture.

The role demands someone with 3+ years of experience in building scalable systems, though exceptions are made for exceptional candidates with proven entrepreneurial spirit or impressive shipping records. The position requires presence in San Francisco with 5-6 days in-office commitment.
