Senior Software Engineer

FleetWorks is revolutionizing the freight brokerage industry with their vertical AI agent solution. The current process of booking a single truckload shipment requires up to 50 phone calls, emails, and text messages, consuming hours of a freight broker's time. FleetWorks streamlines this through omni-channel AI automation.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the transportation industry. The role involves building and scaling systems that handle tens of thousands of daily communications while coordinating complex agentic workflows. You'll have significant input in shipping new features, engaging directly with users, and helping shape the company culture.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience building scalable systems, though exceptions are made for demonstrated high achievers like previous startup founders or exceptional self-starters. You should be based in or willing to relocate to SF, comfortable with 5-6 days in-office, and driven to make an outsized impact.

The role demands someone who takes their work seriously - almost to the point of obsession - and thrives on technical challenges. You'll be working with a team that handles massive communication volume and complex AI workflows, requiring both technical expertise and a strong desire to succeed.
