Project Engineer

FLIR, a Teledyne company, is seeking a Junior Project Engineer to join their team in Victoria, BC. This role focuses on delivering integrated software projects from design to system acceptance, working with development, QA, and support teams. The position involves significant travel within North America and internationally for software commissioning, trade shows, and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for system design, on-site commissioning, project communication, and designing functional specifications. They will work closely with customers to manage post-installation support and provide training. The role requires excellent computer and networking skills, particularly with Microsoft products, and experience with security and surveillance systems.
