Lead Software Engineer

FORTNA is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations of Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), focusing on performance goals and critical incident resolution. The position combines technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving, requiring expertise in Java, enterprise applications, and various modern technologies.

The role involves working with a flexible shift schedule, covering support hours from 7 PM to 7 AM EST, making it ideal for someone who can adapt to non-standard working hours. You'll be responsible for leading technical troubleshooting efforts, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge logistics and distribution technologies, helping transform omnichannel operations for world-leading brands.
