Lead Software Engineer

FORTNA is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations of Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), focusing on performance goals and critical incident resolution. The position combines technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving, requiring expertise in Java, enterprise applications, and various modern technologies.

The role involves leading software support operations, managing critical incidents within SLA, and conducting detailed Root Cause Analysis. You'll be working with a modern tech stack including Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture. The position requires strong technical abilities combined with leadership skills to mentor team members and manage stakeholder communications.
