Lead Full Stack Engineer

This role focuses on developing innovative digital investment products and solutions, particularly working with the Goals Optimization Engine (GOE) - a patented digital wealthtech/fintech product built on mathematical optimization, probability theory, and AI techniques.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in software development, particularly in building AI-based applications. The ideal candidate will lead the development of full-stack applications using Python and modern frameworks, design user-centric interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading technical implementations, mentoring junior engineers, maintaining software systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through testing and code reviews.
