Staff Engineer - Prishtina

As a Staff Engineer reporting to the Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for technical vision, strategy, and execution within your team. This role requires hands-on coding skills and involves leading cross-team technical initiatives, owning architecture for a tribe, and making critical technical decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering cross-team technical initiatives
• Creating improvements in stability, performance, and scalability
• Leading by example in engineering practices
• Working closely with Product, Design, Data, and QA teams
• Anticipating technical changes and ensuring Fresha stays ahead
• Acting as a technical multiplier through system building and tool development
• Contributing to the tech community through talks and blog posts

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering large systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and expertise in debugging complex issues. You'll work in a collaborative environment with four days in the office and one day remote flexibility.
