Staff Frontend Engineer

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll report directly to the Head of Engineering and be responsible for technical vision, strategy, and execution within your team. This is a heavily technical role that requires hands-on coding skills, not a management position.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you'll own and deliver cross-team technical initiatives, take ownership of architecture for a tribe, and create sweeping improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across business-critical systems. The position requires someone who can act as a technical leader, mentor team members, and drive innovation while maintaining high engineering standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in developing multi-year technology strategies. You'll be working from the modern Warsaw office, located in the city center at Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, with a hybrid work arrangement of four days in the office and one day remote.

The compensation range is competitive at 240,000 - 420,000 PLN annually, reflecting the senior level and impact of the position.
