FullTeam is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role combines technical development expertise with creative design skills, focusing on building and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate will work during U.S. business hours from the Philippines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality web experiences. The position requires strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with expertise in Webflow's platform features including custom animations, CMS collections, and third-party integrations. The role offers an opportunity to work on various projects, implementing modern design principles while ensuring optimal performance, SEO, and accessibility standards. Responsibilities For Webflow Developer
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts and wireframes into functional websites
- Customize Webflow templates and implement advanced interactions and animations
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices
- Maintain and update existing Webflow projects, ensuring scalability and quality
- Document workflows, processes, and best practices for efficient collaboration
Requirements For Webflow Developer
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of live websites
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience creating custom animations, interactions, and CMS collections in Webflow
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience integrating third-party applications, tools, or APIs into Webflow projects
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
