Principal AI Engineer

As a Principal AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines advanced expertise in artificial intelligence, including machine learning and natural language processing, with the opportunity to implement these technologies in production-grade systems.

The position offers a unique blend of technical leadership and hands-on development, where you'll spend approximately 80% of your time on data and ML engineering tasks and 20% collaborating with stakeholders to understand and solve business problems. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment, working with complex data sets and designing efficient processing pipelines.

The ideal candidate brings a strong academic background in Computer Science or related fields, deep expertise in machine learning and NLP (especially LLMs), and proven experience in developing production-grade AI systems.
