Software Engineer for Training AI Data - Python, Mandarin (Simplified)

G2i Inc. is seeking software engineers to join their expert annotation team creating training data for advanced AI models. This role focuses on training large AI language models to write better code, with no previous AI experience required. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge generative AI models.

The role is 100% remote and accepts native or highly fluent Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) speakers based in specific locations. Engineers will evaluate AI-generated code, solve coding problems, and write test cases. The work involves diverse projects ranging from Python code evaluation to building mobile applications with chatbots.

Compensation varies by location, with rates ranging from $13.05 to $30.00 per hour. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 15+ hours per week, with no upper limit. Engineers can work according to their preferred schedule, though ideal candidates should be interested in 40 hours per week.

The position requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in Data Science or strong software engineering experience with Python. Additional programming language proficiencies are valued, as is enthusiasm for teaching AI models and technical writing experience.
