Strong proficiency in C++ and deep understanding of autonomous vehicle systems are essential. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $180,000 to $260,000.

Working at Gatik means joining a diverse team committed to revolutionizing the B2B supply chain through autonomous technology. The company has established operations across major markets including Texas, Arkansas, and Ontario, Canada, and has partnerships with major retailers like Walmart. This role requires working onsite 5 days a week at the Mountain View office, offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with cross-functional teams and contribute to groundbreaking developments in autonomous vehicle technology.

The position combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor team members. It's an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about autonomous vehicles and interested in solving complex challenges in behavior planning and decision-making systems.
