NX/CAD Developer

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced CAD developer to join their MBE/PLM team to help develop new capabilities that will transform how they design and build next-generation aircraft engines. This role is crucial in developing and implementing NX custom applications, configurations, and services that enable a Model Based Enterprise and create a true Digital Thread flow of information.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work on-site either in Evendale, OH or Detroit, MI for 3 days per week. The role combines software development expertise with CAD system knowledge, requiring strong programming skills in multiple languages including C++, C#, and Python, along with specific expertise in NX-Open APIs and CAD application development.

As a CAD Developer, you'll be responsible for architecting reusable code components, implementing complex customizations, and maintaining existing systems. The role involves both technical development and leadership aspects, including mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
