Sr. Application Operations Engineer

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Application Operations Engineer to join their Digital Technology team in Singapore. This role combines DevOps and ERP system management, focusing on supporting legacy ERPs, local applications, and new developments. The position is crucial in the migration of QAD legacy systems to Component Repair SAP ERP & Solumina MES solutions.

The role is based at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS), their largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of their global repair volume. The facility has been leading aerospace innovation across Asia Pacific for over 40 years, implementing cutting-edge technologies including automation, smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly QAD/MFG Pro, with strong programming skills in Progress environment. They will be responsible for system support, process improvement, and user training, while ensuring high system availability and performance. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams including Operations, DT, and Quality to support GE's FLIGHT DECK initiatives.
