Senior DevOps Engineer - Platform Engineering

GE Vernova's Electrification Software is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team at their largest Grid Software Global Delivery Center in Bucharest. This role is crucial in delivering mission-critical solutions that drive the energy transition, focusing on Energy Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, and Market Management.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of backend services and developer-facing tools that support CI/CD orchestration, artifact promotion, and delivery metrics. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including GitHub, Backstage, Artifactory, and Kubernetes, helping to shape the internal platform capabilities that enable thousands of developers to ship secure, reliable software.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python and/or Go, along with expertise in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD systems, and infrastructure as code.
