As a Staff AI Developer/Architect, you'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into vehicle design and performance systems.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and simulation-integrated systems. You'll architect and deploy scalable AI solutions that directly impact GM's engineering capabilities and future vehicle development.

Working from the Markham office in a hybrid arrangement, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing AI pipelines, implementing MLOps practices, and driving innovation in areas like retrieval-augmented generation and hybrid AI-simulation models. The position requires 7+ years of experience in machine learning deployment and strong expertise in Python and AI frameworks.

GM offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, pension plans, and unique perks like the GM Vehicle Purchase Plan. The company's commitment to diversity and inclusion creates an environment where innovation thrives. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of automotive technology while working with state-of-the-art AI systems.
