Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
Globaldev Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build their core product: AI-powered lawyer agents. This is a greenfield project where the engineer will have the opportunity to architect and develop an MVP by year-end. The role combines front-end development using React with back-end work in Node.js and Python, focusing on building AI-powered legal technology solutions. The position requires expertise in full-stack development, with responsibilities spanning from user interface design to backend services integration. The ideal candidate will work closely with AI/ML specialists and take ownership of delivering a transformative product for the legal profession. Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Design, develop, and deploy a full-stack application using Python, Node.js, and React
- Build the user-facing interface for our AI lawyer agents
- Develop and integrate back-end services to power the AI agents
- Architect and implement robust Document and Context Management Systems
- Collaborate with the AI/ML specialist to integrate NLP models and agentic systems
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the application
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Adhere to best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Senior-level experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong proficiency in React for front-end development
- Solid experience with Node.js and/or Python for back-end development
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying scalable web applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to development
- Ability to take ownership of a project and deliver an MVP under a tight deadline
