Globaldev Group is seeking a Senior Laravel Developer for a contract position focused on developing a complex custom CMS and data synchronization middleware. This remote role, based in Latvia, requires expertise in Laravel framework with 4+ years of experience. The position involves working on two main projects: a multi-tenant Filament CMS development supporting 10 online stores, and a sophisticated data synchronization middleware handling approximately 7 million records per tenant. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Laravel Horizon, Redis queues, and database optimization. Responsibilities For Senior Laravel Developer (short-term)
- Develop and maintain a multi-tenant CMS using the Filament framework
- Create and manage approximately 20 sections within the CMS to support 10 distinct online store tenants
- Ensure the CMS is scalable, secure, and user-friendly
- Work on Laravel-based middleware project for data synchronization
- Utilize Laravel Horizon, Redis, and queues to handle high volume data
- Optimize queue configurations and job processing
- Ensure reliable, efficient, and error-free data synchronization process
Requirements For Senior Laravel Developer (short-term)
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with the Laravel framework
- Proven experience with Filament CMS is essential
- Strong proficiency in working with Laravel Horizon and Redis queues
- Solid understanding of queue management, job processing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with MariaDB or similar relational databases
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
- Must be based in Latvia
- Experience with multi-tenant applications
- Familiarity with database optimization techniques for large datasets
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
